Stay Well, New Hampshire!

With warmer weather arriving and flowers blooming, we still need to be vigilant when it comes to protecting ourselves from illness. While flu season has passed, every season is COVID season. It’s not too late to get vaccinated. Individuals who are 65 or older can get a shot now, even if they had one last fall.

Stay well

Staying healthy as seasons change means being vigilant and proactive about basic health care and hygiene. This includes keeping up good habits such as regular handwashing, as well as making sure you are caught up on all your vaccines and are scheduling regular check-ups. Don’t miss a beat this summer and stay well.

Be proactive

Talk to your health care provider about staying up to date with your COVID-19, RSV, and flu vaccinations.

We encourage you to get your COVID-19 vaccination before June, so you’ll be eligible later in the year when cooler weather moves everyone indoors, and we look forward to the holiday season. Don’t let your guard down – stay protected!
